RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
1-Schedules:
- Departure: Until 12:00h.
-Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Flexible hours. We have a key box for the exterior door where a code will be provided for key collection.
2- Admission:
-The online check-in form must be completed in advance of or on the day of entry to the property, providing the personal details requested by the Civil Guard for all persons over 16 years of age, in accordance with Article 1 of Decree 1513/1959 of August 18.
- The data provided is subject to data protection.
- By signing this document you accept the rules of use of the property.
3- Pending Payment:
-The outstanding amount for the entire stay will be paid upon delivery of the keys.
- Payment will be made via bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal, or cash to the account number or phone number provided by the owner.
4- Cancellation of reservation:
4. 1- The guest has the right to cancel their reservation at any time. However, the property reserves the right to retain the following percentage of the reservation deposit as compensation for damages:
-If cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the reservation will be fully refunded (0% retention).
-If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of your stay, 50% of the reservation will be refunded (50% retention).
-If cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, the reservation will not be refunded (100% retention).
-If you wish to change the dates of your stay, we will search for available days without penalty and with the best solution that is least detrimental to both parties.
4.2- If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the client or the accommodation, Hitohouse will refund the deposit in full and will make every effort to find alternative accommodation or change the dates.
5- Damages and Bail:
-The customer will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse, as well as the costs of replacement.
- If deemed appropriate, the bank deposit made by the customer will be used to repair said damage.
-Tenants are required to use the premises responsibly. If evidence of vandalism or reckless use is found, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and tenants must vacate the premises immediately.
-In the event of loss of keys, an extra €10 will be paid to the property for their replacement.
6- Places:
-The contracted capacity of the accommodation may not be exceeded.
-No one other than the person who rented the cottage is allowed to stay or spend the night.
7- Pets:
-Pets are allowed upon request and with the owner's permission.
-Damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of their owner.
-The cost for the pet's stay is €5 per day, plus an extra cleaning fee for the property.
-Pets are prohibited from being allowed on beds and sleeping on the sofa in the home.
8- Others:
-Stag/hen parties are not allowed.
-Parties are generally not allowed, as this is a home in a quiet environment.
-The owners of the rural house are not responsible for the behavior and/or actions of the tenants.
-Residents' rest hours in the development will be respected from 12:00 a.m.
-Overnight parking with vans is prohibited in the accommodation's parking lot; in this case, the property has the right of admission. It is exclusively for the parking of vehicles belonging to guests registered and checked in to the property.
-Firewood and charcoal will not be provided for use of the outdoor barbecue and indoor fireplace; this is the user's responsibility.
