RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
1-Times:
- Departure: Until 12:00 p.m.
-Entry: From 4:00 p.m. With flexible hours. We have a box that contains the key to the exterior door where a code will be provided to collect the keys.
2- Admission:
-In advance or on the same day of access to the property, the check-in document sent online will be filled out, completing the personal data requested by the Civil Guard for all people over 16 years of age, according to art 1 of Decree 1513/1959 of 18 of August.
- The data provided is under data protection.
- By signing this document you accept the rules of use of the property.
3- Pending Payment:
-At the time of handing over the keys, the outstanding amount for the entire stay will be paid.
- Payment will be made via transfer, bizum, Paypal or cash to the account number or telephone number made by the owner.
4- Reservation cancellation:
4. 1- The client has the right to cancel his reservation at any time. However, the property reserves the right to retain, as compensation for damages caused, the following percentage of the reservation advance:
-If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the reservation will be refunded in full (0% retention).
-If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of your stay, 50% of the reservation will be refunded (50% retention).
-If the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, the reservation will not be returned (100% retention).
-If you wish to change the dates of your stay, we will look for days off without penalty and with the best solution that least harms both parties.
4.2- If the cancellation is due to unforeseen causes of force majeure on the part of the client or the accommodation, Hitohouse will refund the deposit amount in full, and every effort will be made to find alternative accommodation or change of dates.
5- Damages and Bail:
-The client will be responsible for any possible damage caused by negligence or misuse and the costs of its replacement.
- If this is considered appropriate, the bank deposit deposited by the client will be managed to repair said defects.
-Tenants are required to use the facilities responsibly. In the event of evidence of vandalism or reckless use of the same, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the facilities immediately.
-If the keys are lost, an extra €10 will be paid to the property to replace them.
6- Seats:
-The contracted capacity of the accommodation cannot be exceeded.
-The stay or overnight stay of other people other than those who have rented the rural house is not permitted.
7- Pets:
-Animals are allowed, upon request of the client and authorization of the owner.
-Damages caused by pets are the responsibility of their owner.
-The cost for the pet's stay is €5 per day, for extra cleaning of the property.
-It is prohibited to let animals climb onto the beds and spend the night in them and on the sofa in the home.
8- Others:
-Stag and bachelor parties are not allowed.
-Parties in general are not allowed, since it is a home in a quiet environment.
-The owners of the rural house are not responsible for the behavior and/or actions of the tenants.
-The residents' rest hours in the urbanization will be respected starting at 12:00 am.
-It is prohibited to spend the night in the parking lot of the accommodation with vans, in this case the property has the right of admission. It is exclusive for the parking of vehicles of registered guests with check-in at the property.
-For the use of the outdoor barbecue and the indoor fireplace, firewood or charcoal will not be provided, this is the responsibility of the user.
